University Of North Alabama To Offer Master Class With Beard Award Winning Chef Nathalie Dupree

FLORENCE, Ala.- The University of North Alabama Department of Visual Art and Design will welcome author, chef and cooking show host Nathalie Dupree for a master class.
The session will take place Thursday, Nov. 8, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., at UNA's downtown McKinney Center Demonstration Kitchen.
Dupree is a famed chef and recipient of four James Beard Awards, including the James Beard Foundation's Who's Who in American Cooking and numerous others. She is also the author of 14 cookbooks, selling over half a million copies; and the host of more than 300 hundred national and international cooking shows, which have aired since 1986 on the PBS, the Food Network and the Learning Channel.
She has written for many magazines and newspapers, including a column for theAtlanta Journal Constitutionon food and relationships. She has appeared many times on the Today Show and Good Morning America.
